In an effort to ensure efficient and fair administration of services, several mechanisms are in place which control and monitor the manner in which agencies operate. Formulate a paper that assesses the existence and effects of judicial control on administrative agencies.
Be certain to address the following:
Analyze how courts act as a control of administrative agencies.
Examine judicial review as it relates to administrative agencies.
Categorize the interests that are and are not protected by due process.
Distinguish between procedural and substantive due process.
Evaluate the barriers to judicial review.
Support your paper with a minimum of five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
