Choose one of the case studies presented in the document Topic 3 Case Studies. After reading the case study, in 500-750 words, formulate a plan to help the individual in your chosen case study cope with their stress. Using research list specific steps the individual should take and reasons those steps are important to their coping with the stress. Then, based on the research, discuss the effectiveness of the coping techniques your chose for the individual.
